RETURN POLICY

If you are not pleased with your order or have accidentally ordered a product in error, we apologize for your inconvenience. Vitality Medical offers a 30 day satisfaction money back guarantee (less shipping and handling charges). Product must be unused and in new condition.

To process a return you must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Follow these simple steps.

1. Call our Customer Support Department at 1-800-397-5899. We will need your invoice number and date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return. You may also email us at returns@vitalitymedical.com and include (RMA) in the subject line. Include the above information and we will reply to you your RMA.

2. Write down your Return Merchandise Number on your shipping label. Return the item prepaid via UPS, in its original packaging and original condition.
